NSI - IT Functional Analyst - FR/EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an IT Functional Analyst speaking French and English :

Your main responsibilities:

• Analysing requirements, assessing impacts

• Modelling processes,

• Supporting technical teams throughout delivery
  

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Fluent in French and English

• Business Analysis or Functional Analysis certifications such as IQBBA Foundation, IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP, or equivalent are considered an asset

• Technical Skills

  • Requirements Analysis & Structuring

  • Functional Analysis, Modelling techniques (BPMN, EPC, UML)

  • Use Case technique

  • Functional decomposition

  • Functional Analysis

• Soft Skills

  • Analytical thinking

  • Problem solving, critical thinking

  • Facilitation skills, decision making (functional scope)

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, accountability.
