NSI - Business Analyst - CRM & Digital Tools - FR/EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Business Analyst - CRM & Digital Tools speaking French and English.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements (and user feedback) with our business teams in order to propose the to-be processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translating these requirements into effective CRM or digital solutions
• Lead the business workshop, document the analysis, collaborate with Product Owners & support Enterprise and Solution Architects in the solution definition
• Ensure global information consistency, quality and documentation & sharing in link with Enterprise Architecture objectives
• Participate at the whole activities within the IT team (refinement of requirements, preparation & execution test, build the solution, ...)
• Collaborate with all teams involved by your feature team and manage the dependencies
• Prepare test cases with business and assist business in the User Acceptance Testing
• Provide end-user support, defect management and occasionally training to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the Salesforce CRM platform

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering - BAC + 5
• Fluent in French and English
• Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge in Salesforce tool is an advantage
  • Experience in Agile projectsPrior experience of business analysis with IT collaboration, with a proven ability to understand business issues and to structure business specifications
  • General knowledge of the banking products and services
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the banking processes
• Soft Skills:
  • Communication skills, both with technical and non-technical people
  • Ability to clearly document business specifications, and to explain the added value in business term
  • Willing to learn (technologies, methods, business activities) and to develop new competencies
    
  • Team player, with an ability to understand the problems of other business
