NSI - Functional Analyst Finance & Risk - FR/EN

Job description

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Finance & Risk speaking French and English:


Your main responsibilities:

  • Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements
  • Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze interdependencies of functional and non-functional Requirements
  • Create source/target mappings
  • Create functional solution designs and gather the estimation costs
  • Create and support conceptual and logical data models
  • Collaborating with architects, developers, testers, business analysts and product owners to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as PI, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Understand the Enterprise Architecture methodology / concept
  • Ensure technical team have everything in their hands to succeed
  • Define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders
  • Support stakeholders during their testing phase and analyze the reported issues and identify bugs, issues and change requests
  • Support and advise stakeholders in their data governance and management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on business and technical side

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with Data Modeling (Hopex is a great plus) & Data Warehousing
    • Experience with tools for requirements management, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe
    • Strong expertise in Functional Analysis and Requirement Engineering 
    • Finance & Risk domain application knowledge is an asset : T24, OneSumx, Moody’s RCO and RAY
    • A good knowledge on IFRS Accounting Standards, and A-IRB approach are an asset
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes
    • Ability to communicate efficiently with technical and business stakeholders
