IT Support Engineer - EN/LUX/GER

Since 2017, NSI Luxembourg PSF has been operating as a provider of value‑added IT services (Agile application development, ERP, cloud infrastructure, support, AI, etc.) for clients in both the private and public sectors. We offer a flexible approach combining consulting and fixed‑price projects, in order to address the specific challenges of each client.

As part of our growth, we are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer who speaks Luxembourgish and German.

Your main responsibilities as a Consultant:

  • Provide responsive IT support to local and international end users, both remotely and on site

  • Handle incoming requests through the global helpdesk hotline and ticketing system

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and workplace technology issues

  • Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and impact on users

  • Collaborate with international IT teams and escalate complex issues when required

  • Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals and other IT equipment

  • Support meeting rooms, videoconferencing systems and audiovisual equipment

  • Provide technical assistance during client meetings, events and internal functions

  • Contribute to software deployments, system upgrades and other local or global IT projects

  • Coordinate with hardware suppliers when repairs or replacement equipment are required

  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures

  • Help monitor service levels and prepare relevant support reports and KPIs

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, service desk or desktop support within a professional environment

  • Fluent in Luxembourgish, German and English.

  • Technical Skills:

    • You are comfortable supporting users remotely and managing incidents through a ticketing system

    • You have solid knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

    • You are able to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues independently

    • You have experience installing and configuring workstations, peripherals and hardware components

    • You are familiar with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

    • Previous exposure to Poly or Cisco videoconferencing solutions would be a strong advantage

  • Soft Skills

    • You communicate clearly and enjoy helping users with different levels of technical knowledge

    • You are organized, service-oriented and able to adapt when priorities change

    • You enjoy working as part of an international team and are motivated to learn new technologies

    • You are fluent in English; any additional language would be considered an asset

    ITIL, Microsoft or CompTIA certifications would be appreciated but are not mandatory
