Junior Operational Risk Management Specialist - FR/EN

As part of our growth, we are currently looking for a Junior Operational Risk Management Specialist who speaks french & english.

Your Mission
You support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks, while contributing to the effective use of the Bank’s GRC tool.

Your main responsibilities as a Consultant:
• Support the assessment and monitoring of operational risks across the Bank
• Accompany business units (first line of defense) in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks
• Guide and support users in the effective use of the GRC tool
• Contribute to second-line controls and propose preventive and corrective measures
• Assist projects in evaluating risks and defining mitigation actions
• Contribute to risk reporting, including periodic reports and risk mapping updates
• Analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and support risk monitoring
• Ensure proper documentation of risks in line with the risk management framework

Your profile:

• First experience (internship or junior role) in risk management, internal control, or audit in a financial environment
• Interest in GRC tools and operational risk management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Fluency in French and English; German and/or Luxembourgish are a plus
