
Job description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager speaking French & English.
Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee Service Level negotiations and definitions with 3rd party vendors
- Monitor, measure, and report vendors performance according to defined SLAs and KPIs
- Liaise and track open issues with vendors/providers and internal IT regarding service quality
- Provide assistance on overall IT relative issues like Budget/ Steering Committee preparations and generic high level reporting as necessary
- BIA maintenance together with Risk department Backup of Change Manager role
Job requirements
Your profile:
- You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English & French
- Technical Skills
- ITIL Processes, ITIL certifications is a plus
- Experience in creation & analysing RFPs is considered as advantage
- Soft Skills
- Responsive, organized, dynamic
- Autonomy
