Job description

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager speaking French & English.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Oversee Service Level negotiations and definitions with 3rd party vendors
  • Monitor, measure, and report vendors performance according to defined SLAs and KPIs
  • Liaise and track open issues with vendors/providers and internal IT regarding service quality
  • Provide assistance on overall IT relative issues like Budget/ Steering Committee preparations and generic high level reporting as necessary
  • BIA maintenance together with Risk department Backup of Change Manager role

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Technical Skills
    • ITIL Processes, ITIL certifications is a plus
    • Experience in creation & analysing RFPs is considered as advantage
  • Soft Skills
    • Responsive, organized, dynamic
    • Autonomy
