NSI - Test Manager - EN/FR

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Test Manager speaking English & French. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Defining the Test Strategy and Governance of the Project
  • At the level of the developments delivered by each Product team
  • Deployment and management of resources for implementing the test strategy
  • Define the entry prerequisites for test campaigns and the prerequisites for closing a test campaign
• Test Coordination
  • Coordination and monitoring of UAT test writing
  • Coordinate the execution of tests (assignment of test cases, check for status updates)
  • Ensure the completion of all prerequisites, including coordination with release management and IT teams to ensure proper installation of components and availability of environments
  • Planning of test sessions
  • Organize meetings for test campaign preparation and GO/NoGO decisions with stakeholders
• Bug Review
  • Consolidation of open bugs (checking for duplicates)
  • Conducting Bug reviews
  • Track the development and delivery of bugs by priority order
  • Tracking and monitoring of bugs through KPIs
  • Coordinate the retesting of bugs (bug assignments)
• Reporting
  • Setting up an automatic dashboard from JIRA (TestFlo)
  • Regular reporting on the progress of test case writing, test execution, and open bugs
  • Reporting any decision points to the project manager and PMO

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English, French is appreciate
• Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with JIRA/Confluence
  • Knowledge with AVALOQ is a real asset
  • Familiar with Test UAP writing 
  • General understanding of the banking sector 
• Soft Skills
  • Rigorous, with a sense of organization and priority management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good communicator with a team spirit.
  • Analytical mind
