Senior Business Analyst - AN/FR

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst speaking French and English.  

Your main responsibilities:

• Assess requirements for new projects and define specifications related to data and business processes
• Contribute to the implementation of projects focusing on areas such as reporting, data governance, data warehousing, business intelligence, and process automation
• Collaborate with the Data Manager, ISO, and DPO functions to define and enforce specific security and privacy requirements for data assets, considering data privacy regulations such as GDPR and sector-specific banking regulations
• Enhance the visibility of the business architecture landscape through enterprise data modeling
• Support the execution of cross-functional initiatives at the bank-wide level

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  
• You hold a Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or in IT
• Fluent in English and French
  
• Technical Skills
  
  • Familiar with GDPR regulations 
  • Knowledge of Data Governance concepts (data catalog, metadata management)
  • Experience in using Data Warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Teradata, BigQuery)
  • Good understanding of banking business processes

  • Proactive, eager to learn and grow
  • Team player able to coach colleagues and share his knowledge
  • Good organisation, multitasking and prioritization skills
