NSI - M365 Senior Consultant - EN/FR

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Senior Consultant speaking English & French.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including but not limited to, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Microsoft Admin portal

• Help on the onboarding of  new features in the Microsoft 365 suite

• Communication equipment deployment and knowledge transfer; this includes Teams based desk phones but also Meeting room equipment running MTR

• Keep up standardized, consistent and secure mobile device platforms

• Provide the end user support to ensure end user mobile devices are, deployed, managed and tracked

Your profile:

• You have at least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position

• Fluent in English & French

• Technical Skills

  • Microsoft 365

  • Azure Entra

  • MDM platforms including but not limited to Intune and Airwatch

• Soft Skills

  • High level of oral and written communication

  • Team spirit
