NSI - Application Support Engineer - RPA - FR/EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an Application Support Engineer - RPA speaking french and english.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RPA processes (Blueprism) for business customer and for maintenance team

• Monitor the production processes and handle any issues

• Improve the existing processes if needed

• Maintain a good relationship with business owners during incident management

• Be a decision-maker, be autonomous, and choose the best approaches for improvements

• Ensure the integrity of the production environment

• Implement upgrades or new products that are critical for the daily operational business

• Create and update all documentations related to processes/applications

• Be the link between development team, external providers and internal clients

• Continous improvement on service quality
  

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Diplômas: Bachelor or Master

• Fluent french and english

• Technical Skills:

  • Blueprism

  • Operating system Linux, Windows

  • Database Oracle, SQL

  • Scripting (C#/Powershell)

  • HTML & Javascript

  • Network

  • Office365

• Soft Skills:

  • Client & service and good communication skills
