Job description

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Change Manager speaking French & English.

Your main responsibilities:

Perform a change impact assessment across functions impacted by the data and analytics programme, including impacts on roles, processes, controls, and decision making
Define and execute an integrated change plan covering communications, stakeholder engagement, training, coaching, and reinforcement activities
Establish a clear narrative for why the change matters, linking organisational purpose, regulatory obligations, and operational outcomes, while distinguishing facts from assumptions and addressing concerns directly
Design and deliver a data culture enablement approach, including data literacy pathways, community building (for example steward networks), and practical learning tied to real use cases
Partner with programme leadership, business owners, IT, risk, compliance, and HR to embed change into governance and delivery, including Agile or iterative delivery practices where applicable
Define adoption and maturity measures (for example usage, training completion, data quality engagement, catalogue adoption, and behavioural indicators), and report progress with evidence based recommendations
