NSI - Junior IT Operator - EN/FR

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Junior IT Operator speaking French & English.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems, batch jobs, and application health using standard monitoring tools

• Perform basic Windows and Linux operational tasks (service checks, restarts, log verification)

• Execute runbooks and standard operating procedures for recurring tasks

• Handle Level 1/2 incidents and service requests, escalating to senior operators when required

• Ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs and file transfers in line with SLA/SLO requirements

• Support shift-based operations to ensure smooth production coverage

• Update tickets and operational documentation following ITSM guidelines

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution

• Adhere strictly to IT security, access control, and compliance policies

Your profile:

• You have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar position

• Willingness to work in shift rotation

• Fluent in French & English

• Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of the Windows & Linus operating systems

  • Linux Shell

  • ServiceNow or equivalent

  • ITIL

• Soft Skills

  • Good commmunication skills

  • Strong attention to operational discipline
