Telco Operations Engineer - FR/EN

We are looking for a Telco Operations Engineer speaking French & English.

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and support our Internet / TV / Fixed voice services : act on alerts, incident and customer issues
• Troubleshoot and lead technical customer complaints investigations in order to restore service and guarantee Quality and Customer Experience targets
• Manage incident communication and proceed with needed troubleshooting actions
• Assist external teams in provisioning telecom services as needed
• Act on reported alarm in our environment (Fixed & Mobile network, Broadband and TV)
• Report incident / problems / statistics deviation
• Perform basic device tests before commercial launch
• Document processes and troubleshooting actions for the rest of the team

Your profile:

• First experience in telecommunications on TV, VoIP, Broadband, FTTH, Cloud-PBX or mobile networks
  
• Bachelor's degree in telecommunications or similar experience 
  
• Fluent in French & English
  
• Will be considered as an advantage knowledge in OSIX / KALIX tools
• Be diligent to track open items and chase down responses on open issues
• Good communication skills
