To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst speaking English and French.
The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity. This role involves end-to-end process analysis and design, with a solid understanding of both technical and operational challenges. The BPA focuses on the current state as well as future developments, addressing operational improvements and technological innovation.
The Private Capital Administration Transformation & Innovation team is currently seeking experienced candidates at the Senior Consultant level to join the team as a BPA.
Your main responsibilities:
Play a key leadership role in the Operational Readiness stream of the Investran Programme.
Analyze Private Capital operational procedures and processes to identify opportunities for automation, risk reduction, and efficiency gains.
Manage tasks of varying scope and complexity, including cross-functional initiatives that may involve technical challenges.
Evaluate workflow effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Work independently, developing deep expertise in the business unit and strong knowledge of related functions.
Support the implementation of new business initiatives.
Document business requirements for approval in line with established project management methodologies and standards.
Collaborate with system development teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Lead projects through all phases—from design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final implementation.
Ensure that appropriate support and training frameworks are in place following implementation.
Provide backup support for the functional support helpdesk as needed.
Investigate issues and identify root causes, proposing corrective actions to address operational gaps.
Effectively manage time and adapt to shifting business priorities.
Job requirements
Your profile:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluent in English and good level in French.
Professional qualifications in Change Management or Business Analysis are preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to pursue such certifications is a plus.
Technical Skills :
Deep understanding of the Private Capital industry and related operational processes.
Solid working knowledge of the Private Capital platform, specifically Investran.
Skilled in data migration activities, including mapping between Investran and source systems, and using DIU files for data uploads.
Capable of managing project teams, ensuring timely and efficient task completion, and optimizing use of resources and systems.
Skilled at delegating project responsibilities appropriately and providing constructive feedback and recognition to team members.
