Since 2017, NSI Luxembourg PSF has been operating as a provider of value‑added IT services (Agile application development, ERP, cloud infrastructure, support, AI, etc.) for clients in both the private and public sectors. We offer a flexible approach combining consulting and fixed‑price projects, in order to address the specific challenges of each client.
As part of our growth, we are currently looking for a IT Innovation Business Analyst who speaks French & English.
Your main responsibilities as a Consultant:
Serve as the main contact for entity stakeholders: track use case submissions, follow up on pain points, provide best practices on maintenance of domain knowledge, and coordinate readiness
Write user stories to clarify requirements, shape operational requests, and drive backlog intake
Manage the planner: ensure roadmap, backlog, and priorities are tracked and communicated
Lead the intake and triage of requests for improvement, innovation, compliance, and enhancement
Route backlog items, engage cross‑entity problem owners, and shape new idea intake
Manage adoption enablement activities, including hands‑on support and user onboarding
Track, measure, and report service health metrics (adoption rates, journey completion, incident frequency, feedback scores)
Take ownership of team communications for the broader University community
Track adoption, manage ambassador community, and promote active feedback sharing
Organize and support regular AI enablement events at University scale (hackathons, workshops…)
Coordinate logistics, stakeholder engagement, outcomes/follow‑up
Configure parameters in the no‑code interface of university’s AI tools; conduct basic maintenance/troubleshooting
Support pilot discovery, basic design or dev work as needed
Step into adoption/support lead role during absences or peak periods
Job requirements
Your profile:
Proven experience in business analysis, project coordination, backlog/process management, stakeholder engagement, and user enablement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Fluent in French & English
