IT Operation Engineer / Production Support Engineer - FR/EN

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join one of our major clients in Luxembourg. You'll be part of a dynamic production support team responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of critical IT services while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Your main responsibilities as a Consultant:

• Monitor and support production environments.

• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents before escalation.

• Perform first-level operational support across infrastructure technologies.

• Execute operational procedures and contribute to service restoration.

• Manage incidents, service requests and operational changes following ITIL best practices.

• Participate in the automation of recurring tasks and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service quality and SLA compliance

Technical Environment :

• Windows and Linux

• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN)

• Active Directory & VMware

• Monitoring and Production Support

• IIS, Apache or Nginx

• SQL databases

• Security fundamentals (MFA, SSL/TLS, RBAC)

Your profile:

• Experience in IT Operations, Production Support or Infrastructure Support.

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiar with ITIL processes and production environments.

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

• English is mandatory
