NSI - IT Program Manager FR/EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a IT / Program Manager speaking French and English.

We are seeking an IT Program Manager to assist with the relocation of a data center to a new location.

The profile will provide IT coordination, expert guidance, and support to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. The role includes:

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinating the relocation program, which involves:

  • Setting up new data center rooms

  • Establishing core network infrastructure

  • Configuring and moving servers

  • Planning the migration waves

  • Managing the associated budget

• Scope Analysis: Assisting in defining prerequisites and recommending best practices when necessary.

• Migration Plan Development: Creating a detailed migration plan with a well-structured sequence of activities.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports to the project structure.

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Infrastructure Project Manager

• Fluent in French and English

• Technical Skills:

  • Project Management: Expertise in managing large-scale IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring

  • Network and Server Infrastructure: Experience in setting up and relocating core IT infrastructure

  • Data Center Operations: Strong understanding of data center operations and best practices

  • Budget Management: Ability to track and report project budgets effectively

  • Risk Assessment: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT projects

  • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to lead project meetings and SteerCo sessions effectively, while ensuring clear communication with executives and stakeholders to meet their requirements

• Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop strategic solutions to ensure a smooth data center relocation

  • Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to evolving project requirements and handling unexpected challenges with a proactive mindset

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams, executives, and stakeholders

  • Leadership & Team Coordination: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across different departments

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to planning, ensuring no aspect of the relocation is overlooked, from infrastructure setup to risk management

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure the project progresses efficiently within the defined timeline

  • Decision-Making: Confidence in making data-driven decisions and providing expert recommendations to optimize the relocation process
