NSI - AI & Data Engineer - FR/EN

Job description

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a AI & Data Engineer speaking French & English.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data products for analytics and AI use cases

  • Develop and optimise hybrid (on-premise / cloud) data architectures

  • Implement CI/CD automation, testing frameworks, and industrialised delivery processes

  • Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models (fraud, commercial performance, AML/KYC, document understanding)

  • Perform experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation using structured metrics.

  • ranslate research papers into production-ready solutions

  • Provide technical oversight and code review to junior contributors

  • Build components for OCR, document classification, information extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

  • Design prompt templates, evaluation datasets, and LLM interaction flows

  • Integrate Snowflake Cortex, Dataiku LLM Mesh, and equivalent technologies into bank processes

  • Integrate AI models into business processes via APIs, microservices, and orchestration layers

  • Ensure secure, production-grade implementations in collaboration with engineering teams

  • Manage versioning, monitoring, traceability, and AI governance compliance

  • Produce model documentation, validation material, and committee-ready presentations

  • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Support business lines, compliance, and risk functions to ensure safe AI adoption

  • Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives and cross-functional workshops

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or AI-driven roles

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Technical Skills

    • LLMs, LangChain, prompt engineering, and document-intelligence workflows

    • OCR (Tesseract, OpenCV, PyPDF)

    • MLOps/DevOps (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, APIs)

  • Soft Skills

    • Team player

    • Good communication skills
