NSI - Business Analyst - FR/EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Business Analyst speaking french and english.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implementation of the new selected IAM tool

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to identity and access management

  • Map existing processes (onboarding, offboarding, access rights management, etc.)

  • Define functional specifications for integration into the IAM tool already chosen

  • Participate in workshops with all stakeholders

  • Oversee functional follow-up: clarification of needs, scenario validation, participation in testing and user acceptance

  • Collaborate in tandem with the engineer responsible for the technical implementation to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery

• Rationalization and optimization ou the processes within the ticketing/ITSM tool

  • Analyze existing service catalog, workflows and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Propose process rationalization: simplification, harmonization, automation

  • Document requirements, write functional specifications, and support deployment of enhancements

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of ITIL best practices

  
  

Your profile:

• You have a significant experience in a similar position

• Fluent in french and english

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of analysis and documentation methods

  • Facilitate workshops and interacting with both technical and business stakeholders

  • IAM environment

  • ITSM tools

• Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a project-driven environment

  • Strong analytical skils, organization and autonomy
