NSI - Java Full-Stack Developer - EN

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Java Full-Stack Developer speaking English.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications/systems in an Agile/DevOps-oriented environment.

• Independently manage user stories from the team backlog, ensuring compliance with business specifications and performance, availability, and security standards.

• Manage application lifecycle and ensure proper documentation.

• Actively participate in Agile development events.

• Write and execute automated tests (unit, functional, non-functional & integration tests).

• Collaborate with Ops Engineers to resolve incidents and technical issues.

• Monitor and manage IT risks related to the domain.

• Continuously improve your technical and functional expertise.

Your profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in Java and JavaScript development.

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.

• You speak English fluently. French is an asset.

• Technical skills:

  • Programming: Java EE/JDBC, SpringBoot, SpringBatch, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript (AngularJS, Polymer/LIT elements appreciated)

  • Tools: IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Jenkins or Azure DevOps

  • Databases: Oracle (Neo4J and Cassandra are considered assets)

  • Operating Systems: AIX, Linux, Windows

  • Security & Networking: SSL/TLS, certificate management

• Soft skills:

  • Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environments (Scrum, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing)

  • Proactive and responsible mindset

  • Strong adaptability and anticipation skills

  • Clear and concise communication

  • Precision and attention to detail

  • Customer and result-oriented

  • Strong team spirit

  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge

  • Curiosity for new technologies and trends

  • Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
