
Job description
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Service Desk support speaking English & French.
Your main responsibilities:
Handling and triaging incoming calls and tickets
User account management (password resets, account unlocks)
Email and Office 365 troubleshooting
Printer and peripheral setup and support
Remote desktop assistance (via tools like RDP, Teams, or DameWare)
Basic network connectivity checks
Onboarding support (initial setup, hardware distribution)
Software installations and updates
Logging, classifying, and escalating issues when needed
Maintaining documentation and user communication
Job requirements
Your profile:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
English mandatory, French and/or German/Luxembourgish would be a plus
Technical Skills:
ITIL knowledge
User support experience (via phone or ticketing)
Remote support capabilities
