Job description

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish,


Your main responsibilities:

  • Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
  • Involvement in customer projects will also be expected.
  • More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed:

    • Support on network infrastructure,
    • Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,
    • Monitoring critical systems,
    • Participation to infrastructure improvement projects.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...
  • Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish,
  • Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong team spirit and customer orientation.
  • Very important: given the 24/7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required.
  • ITIL certification would be a valuable asset.
