NSI - Service Desk Support - EN/FR

Job description

To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Service Desk support speaking English & French.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handling and triaging incoming calls and tickets

  • User account management (password resets, account unlocks)

  • Email and Office 365 troubleshooting

  • Printer and peripheral setup and support

  • Remote desktop assistance (via tools like RDP, Teams, or DameWare)

  • Basic network connectivity checks

  • Onboarding support (initial setup, hardware distribution)

  • Software installations and updates

  • Logging, classifying, and escalating issues when needed

  • Maintaining documentation and user communication

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position

  • English mandatory, French and/or German/Luxembourgish would be a plus

  • Technical Skills:

    • ITIL knowledge

    • User support experience (via phone or ticketing)

    • Remote support capabilities
